Is anyone else receiving less rewards than a month ago?

I haven’t withdrawn anything and my BTC weekly reward have gone from .0009 BTC to .0006BTC

rewards are NOT based on the price of BTC. Rewards are based on the weekly rates. If the weekly rates change and you haven't moved anything then your reward will change. Had nothing to do with price of a coin on market.

If you take interest in cel and the price of btc halved but cel stayed the same you would get half as many cel coins even with same rates

What I mean is it doesn't matter what the price is. If you hold 10 Bitcoin you get same reward whether Bitcoin $5 or $50,000.
