Yeah I did then it still said unconfirmed so I tried again and it's saying unsuccessful through email but on the app still says unconfirmed

If you click the link more than once it will give you the "unsuccessful" message.

Did you confirm it via email? Generally unconfirmed means it is waiting for the blockchain to send the transaction out.
