in college I have Core Java subject. Also many of my friends who got job said to learn Java to get a job as a Software developer.
So I completely stopped python and now I'm learning java. But my another friend now says to learn python.
Afaik python is used for ai and ml and data analysis and backend web developement and very less in desktop and Android app developement.
Java is used for almost everything.
Can you please help me. Should I continue python? Which I'm already familiar with. Or start java from scratch?
Do both. Focus on Java first since it's part of your semester module thing. Then learn Python
Oh. Yes java is helping me understand oop and concepts of overloading and overriding and threading. Okay. I need to give time to both. Thanks.
you'll have to do basic java regardless, because of semester requirements
Its also a question of where you want to be best at. Sure learn both but if if it were me, I'd continue with Java, then learn Python, then Scala.
