When I use a promo code, it says : "-

Transferring assets out of your account within 90 days of completing your transfer will disqualify you from receiving your reward." Can not I transfer any assets within 90 days or only the asset os promo (ETH) ?

That's the question: even if I keep the qualifying account balance, I still can't withdraw any coin within 90 days, even if this withdrawal doesn't compromise the balance?

Read the line above it. You can’t transfer out anything that was in your balance when promo was activated
