When removing elements from slices, it is a norm to

swap it with the last index right? But is there issues with deleting slices by swapping them with the first index like this:

a[i] = a[0]
a[0] = blank{}
a = a[1:]

It is especially nice on iteration because the rest of the elements are still ordered. The i must be decremented though.
