Can someone explain to me what the difference between "Net

Amount Held in Celsius Accounts ($13.1 billion)" and "Total Assets ($18.9 billion)" is?
Shouldn't the two numbers be the same? Where does the $5.8 billion difference come from?

simply by what it implies... the difference should be what celsius owns? $13.1b belongs to the users while $18.9b is in celsius' custody, therefore celsius has more assets than every user would be able to withdraw
