Got confirmation mail, confirmed, then later I realized that the transaction failed.
No error given, no transaction id assigned.
Tried to get more details from customer care at 1-866-463-5669.
Line is not operational.
Wrote an email to support, no reply after24hrs.
Tried to send 500 usdc, same procedure, it went through after 5 min.
Any idea what's the problem?
