I will not comment on how they handle matters. Every situation is different and I do not know specifics. This is for you to discuss with Celsius. If you abuse the promo code system it's essentially theft. You're falsifying information to take crypto from Celsius.

All of my referrals are family and friends, they are all legit and got KYC. They are all verified, they got suspended at the same time when it was funded

You’ll have to wait and let finish their Celsius review and return the funds if that’s what is the chosen action. You said you opened and funded the accounts for them in order to get referral bonuses. Thats a red flag and looks like referral abuse to Celsius automated system.
