So if we buy more today but Celsius app says

bank transfer takes five days, does that mean we will miss the April 15 deadline and no longer be eligible to receive interest? Or does it qualify because actual transaction was today, April 12?

I would assume no if you are buying in the app. That could take some time and the actual crypto transaction doesn't happen until after your funds have cleared.
