Hi I deposit $ 1100 in CEL for the cel bonus.

The value in Cel is now under $ 1000. Do i need to add more CEL to get the promo ?

The value is recorded at the time you deposit. Future price moments will not impact your eligibility for the promo bonus - just don't make any withdrawals during the required holding period and it'll be fine
