That’s the thing. For some reason I’m not able to put any money into my custody account. It’s either my “earn” to take money out and my “withheld” account I can interact with. I don’t have an option to deposit into my custody account

Bc I am still wanting to take loans and transfer money into pay for those loans. But now it seems I am unable to?

You can transfer money in. If you are a US citizen - It just won't earn interest unless you qualify as an accredited investor.
