My account have suspended for more than 4 days, I

reported this on customer support and received the mail that they would look into it but haven't received any follow up mail since. Should I contact them again or wait? Has anyone here faced similar issue just curious about the timeline on when can I expect my account to be restored?

Suspensions take on average around 30 days to work...

They said not open another enquiry in mail so I was hesitant about that but will try again. First rule of being in a crypto group is not reply any unknown dms 😄 thank you though will contact the support again

Suspensions take on average around 30 days to work through. They are rather complicated so this takes time. You need to communicate with support. Messaging here only opens you up to scammers who will DM you offering to "help" Please direct all messages towards support. Social media is not an area for support.
