Hey admins, things have been really slow recently, email notifications

are slow to arrive, it takes 15 to 30 mins to arrive, whereas in the past it took 30 seconds tops. And when the email confirmation does arrive, the withdrawal takes a long time as well. I had withdrawn some ETH from my account about 2 hours ago, I just patiently waited. 7 minutes ago I received an email saying HODL mode is activated, what's going on guys?

48 hours now, no email response from Celsius yet. Still locked in hodl mode activated by Celsius 😢. It's taking a mental toll on me now, I'm starting to lose hope and give up. Currently suffering some losses already.

Hey man, I don't know what is taking Celsius so long but I have not received anything yet. You said they should respond soon, so did the hotline lady, "One of the staff members is working on your case now as we speak", that was 14 hours ago. It's been 60 hours / 2.5 days since I submitted my documents to Celsius.
