Anyone here has any experience with customer support? My account

is suspended, I have filed a complaint but customer support hasn't contacted more than 2.5 weeks and customer care is saying they don't even know the issue, only thing they can do is forward the complaint that I called regarding a complaint plus there is no way to contact the department responsible for solving these complaints. 😕

Have you spoken to them on the phone ?

Yes multiple times and was told that only thing they can do is forward my complaint to the department responsible for solving this and that I can't contact them directly

Nope none of my family member is in crypto and due to harsh crypto tax rules here in India never tried making their account due to tax liability that it could incur
