If your account is suspended it needs to be processed

by the proper team.

Who knows why it’s suspended? Referral abuse? Fake KYC?

You don’t get to “file a complaint” when your account is suspended. 🥸

The proper team needs to process things.

It’s not like a customer service rep has the authority in terms of financial stuff.

i.e. the process need to be followed for legal and regulatory reasons.

Depends what the exact situation is. Why exactly is the account suspended… and what jurisdiction you are in.

It happened because I logged in 2nd account of my brother in my phone when his mobile was broken and he had to transfer his funds from his binance
