assistant, I tried to withdraw bnb three times already, twice withdrawal was cancelled after 24hours of being pending, third is still pending for more than 12 hours after accepting the withdrawal by email. I've opened a ticket with the support, no response for more than 48 hours. I just want my money back and I'm really concerned about how this company works. Does anyone has the same issue? Did you have similar case before, how long did it take to solve it? How did you solve it?

948590 I've just called help desk and the nice lady told me I just have to wait, what is interesting though, I supposed to received an email but nothing came, seems like not only withdrawals are stuck
It's pending after my confirmation by email and then after 24 hours it's being cancelled, twice already
are you sure you are clicking the right confirmation email after the 2nd try?
If you just spoke with support then you will have to wait. They would know more than I do.
Same issue here. I made a BNB withdrawal request in the app, then confirmed the withdrawal via email, but waited 48 hours for nth. I sent email to support, they said they were investigating. I then checked the app again only to find that the withdrawal was cancelled. So I started all over again. Seems that the same issue happened again, coz I have almost waited for another 48 hours and it’s still pending.
