and customer support hasn't replied yet even after sending multiple emails to them, customer care says the department responsible for handling this issue is not in sync with them and I can't contact them directly only thing I can do is wait for the reply. Admins here said the issue usually takes 1 month to be resolved and they haven't even replied in 1 month. Anyone has any experience here on the issue and know how to contact them?
