One is just by double clicking it And the other is

by running the server this time somehow i manage to make this with backend means if someone fills up that form I will be getting a mail of those info

Now the question that I want to ask is when I will deploy this which interface will I get ???

The second one. I suppose by "double clicking" you mean opening the html file directly? It looks like that because of the non-standard html templating. To "translate" that templating into normal html, the server needs to run and convert it
