Hi. How to define a banner() if I don

t have a value defined as such in a test python3 file? I have before codes such as print , such as cpass, re="\033[1;31m"
gr="\033[1;32m", cy="\033[1;36m", api_id, api_hash, phone.... etc, but no value as it is supposed to be shown in tutorials.

The file works well, it executes the print items, but then stops at line 51 where banner name is not defined. However, it skips the banner names is not defined in line 43 which is under except dialogue, so it s kind of logical, because it wouldn t have skipped that if the error showed in that banner in line 43.
Which makes me wonder that something of above in blue is a value of the banner? Because that is also before line 43.

I ve heard global and return are the variables to use, but holly cow, how can I use them? Or to use something of the mentioned above? Right now I wish I had that python programming project software with all tutorials and hints.
