On heroku we can't add/upload/deploy HTML,css,js website But still I deployed

more then 10 websites
What I do is I just make one index.php file and then link that file to the home page of my website

Similarly

Can I do something like that

Like I made a python file simply link with any other file whichever is supported on heroku

Like I tried Linking that python file with php then
https://youtubevideod.herokuapp.com/

(deployed)

But I found the raw code 😅
It was a stupid idea ?
