It sends reply in separate chat with user, but not in the same group, because i could't find how to conceal bot's message from other members of the group

First I hope you're using telethon or in general native MTProto libs instead of bot api Makes everything easier Second It's possible either through toast message (see @nnbbot) or by answering in private

I think it's not supported at all. Another option is to send the message for everyone and delete it after the user's click (of course checking the user id).
