Is there anyone here good at logic and coding and

have good experience in coding?

I would like to know how I can solve an issue I have.

I am creating a platform where the client makes and order , (sell or buy order).
I will also create a restful API, so much question is when the client makes multiple buy orders EXACTLY as the SAME TIME and there matched orders every time, how can I update the balances in a way so the balance is accurate?
When the client makes buy/sell orders it is very important that they get noticed about it at once.
I know that I can put the requests to the queue, but how will I make the response to the client if the order is not executed?
