Hello everyone. I'm new to python, and I managed to

learn the basics, also I know few algorithms and I'm stuck, I still can't write a proper program.
Should I learn some libraries? Wanna hear from experienced people, which ones are good to learn ?

this prablem deepend on yor target and ur favorite platform if u want codeing in web so go and learn django if AI go and learn tensorflow or pytorch and such as this for any worke and platform there are many frameworke :)

Learning new libraries won't cure your issue of not being able to craft proper programs which deals with the way of thinking more than using external libraries. You should make an attempt to grasp how to design programs. That'd be of more help than learning some library ad-hoc.
