use the app and it said the service is not available in my location. what should i do? I need to withdrawal some asset.

I'm New York resident. When i tried to login Celsius app, it asked me the country and state. After I confirmed USA and New York, it says the service is not available. I used it few weeks ago. Please help. I need to withdrawal some asset asap.Thanks again.

If you're traveling to a location you might not be able to use select features. If you are from that location and it has been available to you before try the following. - Turn off any VPN you might be using - Allow app location access - Switch between cell service and wifi - Reinstall and restart the phone Generally this will resolve most issues if you have used it before and now experience difficulty.
