He cannot add collateral neither pay the loan, which he likes to do. If Celsius plans to not execute the margin calls, someone should stop sending emails to the people who already sent an email to loans@ and did not receive an answer yet! Come one, people, that is some automatic task that someone has to pause.

That is crazy. Twitter is not one of the established channels to communicate with Celsius —email is. Anyone can make a Twitter account on my name.
twitter is the best way to communicate with a company, if you make it public. they respond and escalate your tickets. they hate bad publiccty. alawys use twitter to talk to customer service
You'll have to have your own loan number - that'd be pretty difficult for someone to guess. More over, is some random someone wants to add collateral or pay off your loan (in part or full) - I don't think you'll have problem with that.
