I think most people in celsius just want their money back first. when celsius opens some kind of limited withdrawl first, then it's easier to rally the community I think.

Yeah this is also good - but pre-emptively decreasing supply on exchanges can’t hurt. I mean token up gives Celsius more firepower as they’re the biggest holders
