We're getting this from multiple sources, hopefully the internal employees are not being lied to and it's true. Leaning towards true since they've got lawyers and cut involved and haven't declared bankruptcy yet. Plus there is all the onchain activity. Tbh I'm flipping and flopping my opinion every 6 hours. Stuck in limbo

Yeah it's strange. I haven't been able to answer this. Why can't we get a statement saying we are not insolvent just illiquid. People say legal says they can't. I just want to understand what advantage that has. Maybe they are double checking everything before they can make an official announcement 🤞
