Do you think Celsius is even allowed to change reward

rates while making it impossible for people to withdraw funds? Maybe they can't, and that's why they are not being changed?

Does it matter ?They have the money but its tied up or lent out. Right now they dont have the money for people to withdraw because they used it to cover their stETH position probably. It doesnt look like they were liquidated because they still have 409 million worth of stETH .
