I was also refused a couple of time, mainly because I was sending the documents in Portuguese, as soon as I sent them in English it worked.

I'll listen to the interview out of curiosity. But apparently we need to be signed up on bnktothefuture for the equity part, which I'm not really fond of as a solution. Partly because I tried to sign up on it before and got refused for some reason that I've no idea about.
