exactly what i think. ALSO the lawyers are there to show the authorities and regulators that everything is fine. Celsius got out of Anchor right , they contributed to the crash of Terra Luna but had all the best intentions, this led to the steth crisis too and thats their biggest problem. No attack they in effect almost dug their own grave

And if it is, then playing open card would be stupid for Celsius to do. While keeping us in the dark they keep their competition in the dark as well
