Any hopium other than loan paybacks today? Been rough seeing

What did the tweets say?

All external signs point towards a high likelihood of bankruptcy. The on chain activity would still fit this outcome. He's been on CNBC talking about the celcius situation apparently and is some law/bankruptcy professional. He didn't say it was certain from his phrasing but he seems pretty confident. I wouldn't want to go on national TV and say something and get it wrong when it's my profession so he probably believes what he is saying. Overall not good

Adam Levitin just knows the same things we do at this point. He is calling for conclusions, though. It always hits when some pros go against the more justified conclusion that you’re going for; but that’s reality

Yeah I agree that he is also just making a best guess, so could be wrong. I.e. when a doctor tells you you have 5 months to live it's not always the case. There's hope but just very little. Dunno if I should just let it go or not. I find it hard to mourn this loss with the uncertainty

I wonder what it would sound like if Adam Levitin would take our side in this story, and not the opposite. I think he would probably argue for giving the company time to make the moves that are in our interest; and I don’t think he would budge one centimeter from that outcome
