I would have hoped after 3 weeks they might have

had a plan to communicate outwards. Especially now looking at how others have handled it. How much longer can the silence continue without completely corroding the existing user bases trust? Maybe another week or so.

Simon said they need time to asses thr damage. It's a complex business, might take 2 weeks more I suppse
