Where are they getting this money to repay the loans?

Not FUD just trying to understand. Is this good hopium or are they getting rid of their worst degen debt in preparation for restructuring negotiations? I’m just speculating.

lets say he is right.... anybody with knowledge on the matter of BK's.... how much of a haircut would we be looking at? assuming lawyers taking a fat cut assuming there is a 2 billion dollar shortfall in celsius books assuming as someone mentioned, there arent many secured crediters would we be looking at maybe 50-60%?

And he might be right. I'd like to be prepared for any eventuality. My point was paying off loans could be positive OR negative sign. Until Celsius make PROPER statement, all we can do is imagine all possibilities and mentally prepare.

If it bk that means the whole in the balance sheet is massive. But who knows, very hard to estimate with unknown variables. I'd think a 50% haircut would be a massive win in that outcome. It's just a shame it will likely be usd and in 5 years time. Anything but bk please god's of Celsius
