Random question: there was a smaller CeFi company that froze

withdrawals, but actually have a date for a week in the future for when they'd resume. Does anybody remember which company that was, and if they actually kept to their timeline?

You are referring to CoinFLEX. Withdrawals remain halted even after the promised date.

There was, they were suppose to resume on 30th June but didn't as noone bought their debt tokens
