Hey guys. Wondering if some of you super sleuths can,

or have, looked more in to this suit from Jason Stone (0xb1). This is the first piece of real evidence for Celsius being dodgy that I’m aware of. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve no time for rumours and speculation. This suit seems to be legitimately filed however. My thinking is that obviously anyone can file a suit and that does not make it factual. However doing so offers some legitimacy to his claims. But then both for and against, why immediately post on social media? Your credibility gets questioned and you have to know you could be sued for defamation etc.

Thanks. I did see that earlier. So your opinion is the case has been filed without grounds? We can see the case is real. But obviously it’s just allegations at the moment. Do you not think that would be absurdly stupid for Jason and his company to then slander Celsius publicly?

I agree. A lot of it is sus. It’s just the most legit info I’ve seen since the freeze and I’m trying to dive further in to the facts

Yeah I listen to most of them. Unfortunately it’s almost all speculation at this time. I still enjoy hearing a debate but I’m all about the facts. I have my own theories, also unsubstantiated of course
