The only way Alex could leave nothing to shareholders is if he wipes shareholder value by giving away equity for cheap aka to raise funds to save the company. What your saying is Alex could have done this and now Simon is is somehow going to buy Celsius on the cheap when it goes into C11. I don't follow sorry.
