people think lawyers are recommending, in my mind, Celsius will have to start communicating at least a little bit of truthful and helpful information soon if they ever hope to be able to continue on as a company once things are resolved. Even if a lot of us depositors end up accepting their explanation for the pause and silence and keeping deposits with them, how would any other business ever be able to trust Celsius with any business interaction if they know they are interacting with a company that completely stops communicating altogether the moment there are any challenges? Perhaps as an individual with one’s own money, I could see people saying that they would put up with it. But for a company with any fiduciary duty whatsoever, I would never put up with business behavior like that. Hopefully, Celsius corrects this behavior soon.
