I would say the likelihood is slim. And if users do get something back,it won’t be all of it. They are restructuring to pay back their secured creditors to the best of their ability as required by law. And users are considered their unsecured creditors and their funds can/will be used to pay off their debts as outlined in their TOS.

Yes but it is really hinged on how they'll operate moving forward. If Mashinsky is still steering the wheel, I'm not that hopeful to be honest

Unfortunately I agree. This company has no future. All trust gone. Going to have to accept the scraps and probably some debt and or equity in a worthless company
