I haven't filled it in yet as I'll wait a bit more time to see if the release a non US one. Also @EncroMoney mentioned this is only needed in case of a C7 filing and as we are not there yet it doesn't seem to urgent to be but it's good to be aware of. The person on Reddit seemed quite knowledgeable on bankruptcy but not in the crypto world. They said we should fill it in just in case some mishap happens. Anyways I will wait a bit longer before filling it in myself

Thanks a lot! I moved so I should first change my adress at celsius. So dump that you can just that over customer service 🙈 After that I need to make sure my claim is filed
