I believe the majority opinion of creditors factors into their decision. What we decide upon matters. I'm no expert though.

Yup the creditors committee will play a huge role, I'm just worried that most of them would rather get back X% of their money immediately by liquidating the assets rather than adopting Simon's plan

I believe it won’t be everyone. It’ll be the creditors committee who are usually selected from the largest unsecured creditors

Tats y I think Simon if being so vocal recently to educate us the small fish depositors and he even started the depositorsfirst page for us to sign up and suggest which proposal we would prefer. I think he's gonna use this to show to the committee that majority of the retail depositors are with him

I believe Alex and Celsius couldn’t be related to any other party on the committee. It’s one of the strange things they did in their filing - hiding a lot of the creditors. I imagine they’ll be forced to disclose them to ensure they’re not being dodgy
