I believe that the mining may take much longer to

make depositors whole. Especially when fewer people are likely to join Celsius, many will want out completely even if at a loss. Not to mention all the costs involved ie paying board salaries, lawyer fees, fines etc etc I just don't think it'll happen. Hope I'm wrong on that but... If Alex and the Celsius team can recover from this, make depositors whole and happy it would be the greatest come back story ever!! But what are the odds??

absolutely because the mining business are not as profitable at the moment and they are not going to fill the hole in the balance sheet

Exactly. They were insolvent for most of 2022 and effectively operated like a Ponzi Scheme using new investor deposits to pay for other people’s withdrawals. Alex pretended like everything was fine.
