@SimonDixon or the Admin, please advice us if we need

to fill in the form 410 to claim. Is it only for US citizens or is it for everyone? Will we not get our funds back if we do not fill in the form 410? Pls advise as we are so confused.

Curious choice of adviser. Mr Dixon continues to lean on his own lawyers for bk advice and also seemed to be a source for the "Mashinsky demanding 120 days extension" rubbish (the bk code specifically mentions 120 for exclusive plans).
