Yes it’s everyone and everything’s fault except celsius coz they only did what they been doing … just that the market didn’t continue up so it’s market fault duh 🙄

sure , yeah maybe . One thing they didnt mention ,: Alex's statement said they lost 90 million in the liquidation of their 1 billion dollar loan from tether but they just said it was bad money management

Their lawyers did mention that, and they also said that they lost the private key to a bunch of their eth, but they also said none of those mistakes caused them to close the door and file C11. They said it was the 'bank run' that caused them to file C11. That is what I heard from the hearing. We all need to review it when the replay is available.
