Only thing i undrestood is it may happen by lot amount of users using the bot. Before it was showing another error for many users. Now another one. The annoying thing is it only happens on telethon. Php i tryied with 10k /start on my bot. No error or .... happened and answered all of them.

I have a bot Let me first mention that it being /start ed by 10k people at a minute It is fine at low amount of users But in proud of time it shows that error . its a bot. I test it by myself. I checked that it wasn't blocked by me. All 10k people could not get answer from bot just showing this error

telethon.errors.rpcerrorlist.UserIsBlockedError: User is blocked (caused by SendMessageRequest) I have this problem too. I wanted to send message i got this error. im using a bot and im sure the user not blocked the bot. Anyone know how to solve ?
