Hello, If you have a question about whether you should file a claim, you should speak with your attorney. You are welcome to file a claim if you would like to do so. Celsius is currently preparing its Schedules of Assets and Liabilities. This is the first phase of the claims filing process. Celsius has requested permission from the court to keep personal customer information confidential. Such information will not be available on Stretto’s website. Please note that the current proof of claim form available through the Stretto website is being updated to be more tailored to Celsius and crypto claims. The updated claim form with detailed instructions will be posted on the website at a later date.
