What are they going to do? Start a poll and sue every known individual that voted against giving away the money? Most of those addresses can’t even be tied to a legal name they can sue. The people voting against also almost certainly wouldn’t have broken any laws.

Sue the people who approved the loan to Celsius? Nobody did, it was a smart contract. Sue the people who paid back the collateral? Nobody did, it was a smart contract.

On tether, 😀😀law is what matters here, not what we might think or believe. On clawbacks, I wouldn't say it is impossible, may not happen, may be too difficult to do, but I have learned to never say never. Nice talking to you tonight btw, gotta go
