After all, other crypto companies suffered during the crypto winter and this is a bankruptcy not a criminal proceeding (yet). It’s because, in my view, regulators need to understand Celsius wasn’t just another crypto firm like Voyager or BlockFi, and just how much Alex hid from and misled investors. Would a criminal case lead to us getting our money...

Perhaps more of it through clawbacks going back further than 90 days and aggressive looks executives cashing out including other board members. It would also get Alex gone sooner which means proposals that are workable vs just wasting our time.
