age. I've maintained it upgrade from 5.6 to 7.4 now. Lots of stuff broke, but I fixed that. It's got a lot of dependencies and it seems like every version change, something breaks. I have no idea how I'm going to manage moving it to 8.0. I know 7.4 has security support until Nov. 2022 but is there a way to keep support it?
Many break api.
CloudLinux support 5 and 7 version. Ignore outdate. https://www.cloudlinux.com/hardenedphp
Nice! Thank you. Do they have a repo I can install from or do I have to host with them?
I think it's not free, but for a commercial product should be profitable (low cost, hosting panel support) . Or rewrite the application for new versions. Recently, php developers regularly break compatibility in small details that give uncertain behavior between versions 7.1/7.2/7.3/7.4 & 8
Why don't you try LaravelShift
