Hello guys, I was getting this error in my Laravel API

call:

allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 37748736 bytes)

I searched Google and found that changing memory size in php.init file is the solution. But doing this from Xampp doesn't work.

How else can I change this in my Laravel project using vscode?
