Brew doesn’t have it anymore.

Making an extremely strong point with the owner to upgrade to a maintained php version. Its not such a huge task usually. Personally I refuse to help anybody to run in production php 5.6 - any software needs to be kept maintainable, and that means a continous upgrading effort needs to be in place. After all, the company wants to make money with it, no?

Of course, but that’s not the point. Some things have to be fixed before upgrading

I would just use whatever version is available along with something like PHPCompatibility if the only issue is syntax/compatibility.
